Factory Overview
CV. MAJU MAPAN has 2 factories building with different locations but in the same area. The main factory building is located in Ngunut with a strategic location, near the main road; occupies an area of about 2 hectares. The second factory building (GARUDA 1-P factory) within the same area (2 hectares), was used to produce military parachutes only.
Factory Activity
All work activities have been determined by existing procedures. We have implemented ISO 9001:2015 which has been accredited by BBT - BANDUNG. We absorb a lot of the local workforce, thus creating jobs for people around the factory.
Machines
We produce dyeing dan coating of tarpaulin, especially for military specifications. Each day, we can produce 1.000 meters for the dyeing process, and more than 2.500 meters for the coating process. We have more than 45 weaving machines, 52 tarpaulins machines, 78 pon power machines, and more than 100 sewing machines.
